Since his first steps onto the music scene, Morgan Wallen has released 2 studio albums, 3 extended plays, 12 singles, and 13 music videos. And despite having only two released albums, he made his mark on music including being the only country artist to land on the Billboard chart’s top spot and remain there as long as he had.

But here’s some info about his two albums.

If I Know Me, Wallen’s debut album, was released on April 27, 2018 under Big Loud Records. The album featured a guest appearance by Florida Georgia Line and had production duties handled by Joey Moi.

The album was supported with four singles; “The Way I Talk”, “Up Down”, “Whiskey Glasses”, and “Chasin’ You”. It captivated audiences and quickly landed on the US Billboard 200 as well as the US Top Country Albums chart where it peaked at #10 and #1 respectively. The album was later certified as a platinum album by the RIAA in September 2020 and double platinum in January 2022.

Wallen’s second album, Dangerous: The Double Album, was released on January 8, 2021 via Big Loud Records and Republic Records on CD, Vinyl, and Digital Downloads. It featured guest appearances by Chris Stapleton and Ben Burgess.

The album was backed by the release of two singles: “More Than My Hometown”, and “7 Summers”; and six promotional singles and received positive reviews by critics and fans. And it went on to be a smash hit commercial success. It debuted at #1 on the US Billboard 200 and US Top Country Albums charts and went on to sell 265,000 album-equivalent units in its first week alone. It then went on to establish the all-time record for longest duration in the #1 spot on Billboard’s Country list (61 weeks and counting in total).

The artist faced some controversy due to his conduct and language, but he has publicly apologized and donated money to make up for the controversy. And his popularity doesn’t seem to have been negatively impacted.
